Jonathan is Canadian and French.
He has been active in the field of life sciences for over twenty-five years, first with a leading international law firm in their New York, London, and Paris offices, then as General Counsel of two prominent biotechnology companies, and as a founding partner of HBC Avocats.
He advises clients on the structuring and negotiation of their strategic transactions and contracts, including license, partnership, collaboration, asset purchase, contract manufacturing and clinical trial agreements.
